90-Day Return Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025 This Return Policy applies to purchases made directly from IgorBox.com or authorized IgorBox resellers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your IgorBox purchase. If you are not, you may request a return within 90 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in like-new condition, with no damage, wear, or missing parts.
  • All original packaging, documentation, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

2. Seasonal Use and "Unofficial Rentals"

IgorBox products are designed for long-term ownership.

Because many of our customers use our products for seasonal applications, we do not accept returns for products that show signs of extended seasonal use.

Examples of non-eligible seasonal returns include (but are not limited to):

  • Evidence of multiple months of use.
  • Obvious wear, dirt, discoloration, or weather exposure.
  • Firmware usage logs showing prolonged operation.
  • Packaging or accessories missing or damaged from extended setup.

If a return appears to be an “unofficial rental” (purchase, use for the season, then return), the return will be rejected or a restocking fee of up to 50% may be applied.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Software licenses, activation codes, or subscriptions once activated.
  • Custom-built or special-order products.
  • Clearance, final sale, or “as-is” items.
  • Products damaged through misuse, negligence, or modification (including installation of unauthorized firmware).

4. Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Email help@igorbox.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization – If eligible, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship Product Back – Ship the item in its original packaging with all accessories. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Inspection and Refund – We will inspect the product upon receipt. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Deductions may apply for missing parts, damage, or excessive wear.

5. Restocking Fees

We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 50% for:

  • Items returned with missing parts or damaged packaging.
  • Products showing signs of extended seasonal use or unofficial rental.

6. Exchanges

We will exchange defective products within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
